Question:  I was in a car accident!  What should I do?

Wrongful death is a case brought against a person who can be held liable for the death of another.  The claim is brought in a lawsuit, usually by close relatives, according to the statute.   

Catastrophic injuries usually result in damage to the brain and/or spinal cord which can have a severe short- and long-term impact on an individual’s functional capabilities.
